CrisisLink brings immediate help, hope, and healing to empower individuals facing serious life challenges, suicidal thoughts, emotional or situational problems.

CrisisLink offers a 90 minute Girls Empowerment workshop designed for adolescent girls ages 11-17. During this presentation, participants learn about physical, emotional and behavioral signs of stress and opportunities for coping and empowerment during difficult times. Our workshop offers hands-on learning activities in which our participants not only identify their own coping needs, but practice and share with their peers around other helpful coping strategies. Each participant walks away with their own custom coping kit and access and understanding of the resources in their community.
