The mission of Celebrate Fairfax is to spread celebration of Fairfax County throughout the community.

Volunteer Opportunities: Twice a year – Fall for Fairfax Kidsfest 10/4-10/5 and Celebrate Fairfax 6/5-6/7. Volunteers serve in a variety of areas: costume characters, gate attendants, line monitors, assisting with arts and crafts activities, event preparations, etc.

Minimum Age: 14 Minimum Age w/Adult: 12

Times Needed: Weekends

Public Transportation: Yes, accessible by buses going up Route 50. Just a walk across the street to the building.

Requirements for applying: All volunteers must complete a volunteer waiver during online registration.
